Yesterday I was on BBC World Service Newshour, live,  where I was able to state that DU clearly violated the Hague Regualtions of 1907, the Geneva Protocol of 1925 and Geneva Additional Protocol I of 1977. I also said that I thought the ICTY  Carla Del Ponte might take another look at DU. fab.
