It admits the kidney has the ability to repair itself after DU exposure, which proves the DOD and VA have knowingly and wrongly focused on the kidney. It also suggests the VA method for testing samples is not sensitive enough since it suggests using Mass Spectrometry to test samples. How accurate can the Institute of Medicine report be when they only look at DOD and VA assurances that DU exposure is not harmful?
