Le Monde - America does not take its allies seriously

Paris - The depleted uranium case shows that to a certain extent the American army, which is said to be the leader of NATO, does not take its European allies seriously enough, assesses today's issue of the Paris paper "Le Monde". Europe was never officially informed that such weapons were being used and now has the right to know to what dangers its soldiers have been exposed, that is, to demand all available information at the meeting of the North Atlantic Council in NATO headquarters in Brussels on Monday, concludes "Le Monde".
