Nicosia, Jan 16 (CNA) -- Cyprus has asked help from Greece to deal with the possibility that there are stocks of depleted uranium in the Turkish- occupied part of the island. "The General Commands of Cyprus and Greece are in close cooperation to meet the risks from missiles with depleted uranium and we have asked for technical and economic assistance from Greece," Defence Minister Socratis Hasikos has said after a meeting with his Greek counterpart Akis Tsohatzopoulos in Athens yesterday.
